How does it work?

Paste your text into the editor, select a writing lane (like Speech, Blog Post, or Stand-up Comedy), and click Analyze. Zoink uses Claude AI to identify opportunities for humor and suggests specific rewrites with explanations of why they're funnier. Each suggestion shows you the before/after comparison so you can accept, dismiss, or regenerate alternatives.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users get 3 free analyses per month on the Free plan, plus one Speech sample. Each analysis can process up to 1,500 characters. No credit card required. You can also try the editor without creating an account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account page. Click "Cancel Subscription" and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier (3 analyses per month). No data is deleted.

Do you offer refunds?

Not happy? Email us within 14 days for a full subscription refund. No hoops. Speech Pass purchases are refundable within 48 hours if no analyses have been used.

Is my text private?

Accepted Answer

Your text is kept only long enough to generate your results, then deleted. Never stored, sold, or shared. Your text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and stored temporarily (30 days) per Anthropic's data retention policy. After 30 days, Anthropic deletes it. Zoink does NOT store your full text in our database.

Can I undo accepted suggestions?

Yes! Zoink tracks up to 50 changes in your undo history. Use the Undo button (or Ctrl+Z) to revert accepted suggestions, and Redo (Ctrl+Y) to re-apply them. Your editor text also persists across sessions in browser storage.

Do I need to sign up?

Not for the free analysis. Paste your text, get results. You can use the editor without creating an account. To save your work, track usage, and access paid features, you'll need to sign up for a free account.

Does Zoink work offline?

No. Zoink requires an internet connection to communicate with the AI API. Your editor text is saved locally in your browser, so you won't lose work if you refresh the page.
